The Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association (ITPA) is a nationwide volunteer organization created by and for the independent telecommunications industry. ITPA represents more than 9,000 telecommunications employees, retirees, and IT professionals nationwide.Â
The National Capital Chapter (NCC) of the ITPA is a non-profit organization that connects IT professionals from government and industry. Our purpose is to provide public sector information technology professionals, including those with a background in telecommunications, the opportunity to (1) meet their peers and form beneficial relationships, (2) hear directly from government speakers about their agencies and missions, and (3) promote charitable activity in our community.Â
