Jayson Schwam

Jayson Schwam is Director of Business Development for Turning Point Global Solutions LLC, an industry-leading Telecom Lifecycle Management (TLM) company.
He has been part of the ITPA NCC’s leadership for almost a decade, serving as President of the organization for the 2015 – 2016 season, and currently serves as ITPA NCC’s Sponsorship Committee chair.
Mr. Schwam has led Federal sales and business development efforts for over 25 years, specializing in guiding technology companies within the public sector space. With knowledge of government agencies, telecommunications providers, systems integrators, and other key telecom partners, he is well known in the public sector telecommunications arena.
During a long career spanning AT&T, GTE/Verizon, XO, EDS/HP, Ventraq, and Ribbon Communications, Mr. Schwam has won numerous awards, established Federal sales organizations, and spearheaded successful GWAC and IDIQ bids and programs.
Mr. Schwam holds multiple Master’s Degrees, one in Policy and Public Management from Stony Brook University, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University (NYU). He received his undergraduate degree in applied mathematics and statistics from Stony Brook University.
