Kevin Gleason

Kevin is Director of Federal Sales and has over 29 years of experience in working in the communications infrastructure and networking fields. His primary focus has been U.S. government agencies/departments and the U.S. military both CONUS and OCONUS. He is an expert in all facets of the communications infrastructure field; including the design, specification, installation and troubleshooting complex communications infrastructure projects for government, as well as commercial. Kevin has extensive experience in a variety of wired (optical and copper) and wireless (Wifi and IBW/DAS) based transport technologies, systems acquisition, and U.S. government operational requirements.

He has been with CommScope for 16 years. Originally joining the Technical Management Team where he spent 12 plus years as a Technical Manager and Technical Director supporting both commercial and government customers. Since January 2015, I have served as a Director of Federal Sales targeting large project capture within key US federal government agencies and departments. Prior to joining CommScope, he was part of the AVAYA Architect, Consultant, Engineering (ACE) Team, providing specialized knowledge to that community in design and engineering.
